HISTORY

1970 :  Shiraz  Refinery  with  daily capacity  of 40,000 BPSD (2 million metric ton/ year  ) was designed  by  U.O.P and constructed by SNAM  projecti, Italian company  under supervision  of  N.I.O.C .The  crude  oil supplied to  the refinery from  GACH- SARAN by means of a 10 diameter  pipeline, 230  km  distance.1973 : The  refinery was started  up by Iranian  engineers  and  experts.1982:  Installation  of  the new  industrial  water  treatment  equipment.1984:  Design  and  construction  of  Asphalt  Blowing  Unit.1994: Erection  of  a  new  crude  heater  for  revamp  of  atmospheric tower.
